Warranty

Bottega Meuble and Decor warrants its furniture against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations in wood, misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, exposure to moisture, or unauthorised repairs.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is identified, our team will inspect the product and arrange a repair or replacement where appropriate.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Natural variations in wood grain, texture, colour, and finish are a distinctive feature of handcrafted furniture and should not be considered defects.
Customised furniture is made according to the approved specifications. Minor variations from reference images may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Delivery & Installation

All furniture from Bottega Meuble and Decor is made to order and carefully inspected before dispatch.
Estimated delivery time is 45 to 60 days, depending on the product and delivery location.
Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise specified.
While we strive to deliver on schedule, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours.
Buyer-Arranged Transportation: If, under any special circumstances, the buyer chooses to arrange or undertake the transportation or delivery of the goods, the company shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, breakage, or deterioration occurring during transit.
All risks associated with transportation shall rest solely with the buyer from the time the goods are handed over for dispatch.
